How Do I Use It?
Just add 2 tablespoons of powder to 200–250ml of water, shake or stir well — a perfectly smooth shake, ready to go.

I saw this on a gals insta story, and was influenced to purchase. I was currently using my protein, which I really didn’t like as it was so artificial! This shake by ‘brown bag protein’ is literally elite. I am in the gym 5/6 days a week so getting the protein in, is essential. Taste so nice, so natural, no nasty stuff included!
