Brown Bag Protein Returns Policy

We want you to be confident ordering from Brown Bag Protein. This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of the cancellation. To exercise your right to cancel, please email us.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Products must be unopened
  • All seals must be intact
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Products must not have been used

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened protein or consumable products unless they are faulty.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. If returned items show signs of use or damage that reduce their value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund in line with statutory guidance.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve this promptly in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with statutory timeframes.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that they have been sent). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where cancellation rights apply. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3rd Party Retail Purchases

If you purchased Brown Bag Protein products from a third-party retailer, please contact the original point of purchase regarding returns.
