Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 scoop (30g) Brownbag Clear Whey – Fruit Punch
  • 150ml coconut water
  • 100g frozen mixed berries
  • ½ cup ice

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Drink within 30–60 minutes of finishing your session.
