- 1 scoop (30g) Brownbag Vegan Protein Vanilla
- 1 scoop (5g) Brownbag Creatine Monohydrate
- ½ scoop (5g) Brownbag Supergreens
- 1 frozen banana
- 200ml oat milk
- ½ Brownbag Protein Flapjack, crumbled, to top
Method
- Blend the protein powder, creatine, Supergreens, frozen banana, and oat milk until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Top with crumbled protein flapjack and serve immediately.
